Make: Caterpillar Model: C15 Year: 2006 Hours: 1,533 • 440 HP @ 2,100 RPM • 1482LB-FT @ 1,400 RPM • Air to Air intercooled • 12 Volt (We can covert to 24 Volt if required) • SAE #1 flywheel housing multi fit industrial flywheel. • If required, we can supply and install a Caterpillar Air Compressor to the motor which runs off the auxiliary drive. The motor has been removed from the unit and fully workshop inspected and run up under load on the Dyno, results are as follows: Workshop inspection: • Intake manifold clean. • Cylinder head and rocker gear clean, no moisture or sludge, tune ok. • Turbocharge in nice condition, no excessive shaft play. • Camshaft in nice condition, no pitting • Crankshaft in good condition (Standard) • Main bearings and Con rod bearings in good condition – minimal wear • Crankshaft end float within spec Load test Report • Oil pressure: Cold Idle 70psi / Cold Top Revs 85psi / Hot Idle 50psi / Hot Top Revs 75psi • Water temps: Top Radiator 92 degrees. Bottom Radiator 69 degrees. • Thermostat opened and engine recovered correctly. • Turbocharger boost: 23 PSI @ 2,100 RPM • Breathing/ Blow by: 20 mm @ idle 30 mm @ 1,200 RPM 50 mm @ 1,350 RPM. 120 mm @ 1,800 RPM. • Smoke condition: small amount of black on startup, none at idle and very small white under full load.
